    Letter of Temporary Employment

    Thank you for successfully completing the Agent Registration form on the Maxwell Investments Group website (“maxwellinvestmentsgroup.com”). We are pleased to confirm your temporary employment with Maxwell Investments Group, effective upon your signature below.

    Employment Details:

    • Scope of Work and Remuneration: Your engagement will be project-based, and you will be remunerated on a commission basis, according to the specific terms outlined for each individual project. These terms, including scope, timeline, and payment details, will be communicated to you prior to the start of every assignment.
    • Duration: Your employment begins on the date you sign this letter and will continue for the duration of each assigned project.
      The employment is ongoing and not tied to a specific project or time period.
      Either party (you or the company) can terminate the relationship at any time, ideally with a notice period for clarity and fairness.
      You are not obliged to accept each and every project, and the company is not obliged to offer continuous work.

    By signing this letter, you confirm your acceptance of temporary employment under these terms. Please note that each project is governed by its own remuneration structure and may vary in nature and duration.

    This letter confirms your acceptance of the terms outlined above and your agreement to represent Maxwell Investments Group in accordance with our policies and procedures.
